Welcome to the 7 Day Mindfulness and Writing Challenge 2025

Starting on Monday I’m going to be sharing a different writing activity for 7 days. It will only take 5 minutes of your time – but you can extend the activity if you want to – I’ll show you how to do that too.

What to do if you want to take part

Put aside five minutes each day to do the activity, plus an extra 5 minutes or so to read the instructions. You’ll need something to write with and a way of making your writing mobile. Carry a notebook or use your phone. All the activities will be on my blog. Here’s day one.
